Yes. And kind-of. A privately run infrasound (or rather: microbarometric)
recording system has been presented at several recent annual meetings of
the German Meteor Working Group (AK Meteore). Since this is such a new
field - for amateurs, not nuclear proliferation fighters, of course :-) -
the operator is still learning how to identify various effects but
believes he already detected the pressure wave from a major fireball over
the Baltic Sea in Jan. 2009 by clever bandpass filtering. See

he showed newer results. The Chelyabinsk airburst, 3000 km away, was not
detected clearly, by the way.
