Long: 93 deg 34 min W Lat: 42 deg 05 min N Elevation: 318 meters
On the morning of 07/08 August I went out for three hours (08 Aug 6:30-09:30 UT ). Conditions were not very good with haze, some clouds and especially during the last hour fog. One -4 Perseid fireball was seen.
06:30-07:30 UT 64 deg F; dew pt 57 deg F; wind calm; "fair", horizon haze; 10% cloud cover; av LM 5.4; facing NE 50 deg; teff 1.0 hour.

Total meteors: twelve
07:30-08:30 UT 59 deg F; dew pt 55 deg F; wind calm; "fair", horizon haze; av LM 5.4; facing East 50 deg; teff 1.0 hour.

Total meteors: thirteen
08:30-09:30 UT 59 deg F; dew pt 55 deg F; wind calm; "fair" but obvious, thick horizon haze/fog to ~ 10 degrees above East horizon; this must have affected the sky much farther up resulting in low meteor counts, especially Perseids, even tho near the zenith the average LM was marginally better than the previous hour; av LM 5.5; facing East 50 deg; teff 1.0 hour.
