I sure saw it, and thought the show was outstanding. The usual graphic
misrepresenting the density of the asteroid belt (which looked like
something out of the original Star Wars) but otherwise the science seemed
sound and the video stunning.

Don't know how many of you had the opportunity to see NOVA on PBS
last evening regarding the February Russian Fireball. A very interesting
and engaging hour, featuring Peter and Margaret Campbell-Brown's
analysis of the mass and trajectory of the associated asteroid that burned
through
our atmosphere and created a significant sonic boom about three minutes
later.
This program will no doubt be repeated during the upcoming
week on various PBS outlets; don't miss it! Check your local listings.
