(meteorobs) Bright meteors 21-23 TU Sept. 9th 2013

Hi, all

The night 9/10 was almost cloudy for my camera, with only one short
useful period directly before the outburst (1957-2040 UT), and it
captured only 1 SPE, and 4 sporadics, so the outburst perhaps really
started not before 21 UT.
