(meteorobs) SPE Meteor Obs. 9/10/13 - Mathias, WVa

We had partly to mostly cloudy conditions all night, but
I was able to get a useful hour of meteor observing done,
before clouds ended it from 5:30 to 6:30 UT.  There was
good activity and bright September Epsilon Perseids (SPE)
meteors seen. The best two meteors was a -2 and a -1 SPE
seen at 5:30 and 5:09 UT respectively.
