(meteorobs) Beacon Transmitter

Jay,

Fascinating paper, and hopefully inspiration for a lot more folks to 
build beacons for this purpose. I notice that we're located nearly the 
perfect distance apart for meteor scatter propagation. Do you currently 
have such a beacon on the air that I could try to monitor?
