Simple rules for constructing a Web Site (Using Microsoft Expression Web).
The Home page link should always be near the top of the Page, never at the
bottom unless it is a repeated link.
One Menu, preferably at the top or left side of every page, not at the
bottom, containing (hierarchical) pathways to all links in the site.
Every page should have friendly space (margins) around the content, never
crowded, or never text spanning all the way left to right across the entire
page.
Avoid large Graphic Title Banners occupying high percentage of the Page,
simple bold Text should title the pages, graphics banners are nice, just not
so large. Search Engines require a Text Title for every page, both Meta Tag
and Page Text.
