     Below is a link to the B.C. Meteor Network with details of the Sentinel 111 all-sky camera.  This should give you some ideas.  This system uses a low lux video camera mounted under a clear dome.  Resistors fed by 115 vac are used for heat and the on-off time is controlled by a thermostat with a fan circulating the air inside the camera housing.
