No! Because 96P/Machholz and 2003 EH1 come probably from the same 
object, C/1491 B1 (the nearest comet to the Earth of the last 
millenia), and there are too other objects that can to come from that 
comet, this shower changed its inclination from some degree until more 
70° two time in the past millenia, it's all this that to do very 
strange this shower.
