Ryan:
I have forwarded your email to meteorobs, a meteor news group, the American Meteor Society, and our B.C. Meteors Network of all sky cameras to see if they recorded anything. I expect they will let you know if any others saw your event or photographed it.
    Thanks for your report.

Hello, my name Is ryan osullivan. I was on my way to work this morning and seen a eerily sight. This all happend near Mrytle creek, Oregon. I was about 2 miles north on I-5. Looking west- southwest, I seen a smoke trail in the sky with a very dull glow at the point of it. As it descends its glow is ever more faint till , I see what looked like a space shuttle-roket or plane. It flew north what I would think was over the Pacific ocean. I am former military and have seen nothing like it. If you need more info feel free to contact me.
