(meteorobs) "flashbulb" type meteors?

I've actually seen these while watching the Perseids (they were  obviously 
Kappa Cygnids), and thought I was seeing things!

The Kappa Cygnids can produce  “flashbulb” meteors. I’ve seen a few while 
watching the Perseids and they are  definitely distinctive.
