(meteorobs) August 12 / 13 Meteor Report - Indianapolis Southeast Side

  A lot of unwelcome thin cirrus bands have been floating overhead since I
came home from work after midnight, but I had a good hour of clear sky and
saw a lot! I wish I could combine last night's clear sky with tonight's
level of meteor activity. Here's a rough report ... I'll have to play back
my voice recorder to get the details on each meteor.

  7:30 - 8:30 UT August 13
  Limiting magnitude = 5.1

  23 Perseids
  1 Southern Delta Aquariid
  1 Beta Perseid
  1 Kappa Cygnid
  (26 meteors total)

  Hope everyone else had better luck!
