I went out looking for Kappa Cygnids. (I saw only six in four hours.) I waited till the clouds went away and I was going to stay out three hours. I stayed a fourth hour, but was very tired. During the last hour in one twenty minute period I saw no meteors, but I was awake wondering where the meteors were. I think I can be awake, yet not very alert(?). As I packed up to leave I noticed the sky was still very good for this location. Even tho it was very dewy, horizon haze was very minimal thru out the session. I wish conditions had been this good the night of Perseid max.
