Finally, for the Geminid max in Novosibirsk, a pair of meteor persistent trail animations.

Geminids are remarkable in that in a whole they do not tend to produce persistent trails, even after bright fireballs. Among 4 GEM fireballs of -4 -10 mag, captured by my camera, only 2 showed such trails, though still not so intensive as, say, produced by Leonid and Taurid meteors in November.
Another feature of GEM persistent trails is that they occur at the trail part long before the maximum brigtness, in its very beginning, not at the point of maximum brightness, as usuall for other meteors. It is easily seen on the animations.
