(meteorobs) Fireball in Romania

According to the Romanian Space Agency (ROSA)
<http://www.rosa.ro/index.php/en/news-menu/stiri/817-meteor-activity-seen-over-romania>,
the event was caused by a meteoroid entering the Earth's atmosphere at an
altitude of 31 - 43 miles, over the area between Bucharest and Vrancea.
