(meteorobs) Sad News

[Ed Majden]

    As reported in the latest Journal of the Rasc,  Bruce A. McIntosh, Canadia meteor astronomer passed away on 14 Feb (1929-2015) in Toronto Ontario.  He was a staff scientist in the Division of Radio Electrical Engineering at NRC Canada.  In the 1950's he worked on Project Janet and later as a member of the Herzberg Institute of Astrophysics with Peter M. Millman and D.W.R. McKinley at the Spring Hill Meteor Observatory near Ottawa.
    He will be missed by the meteor community and my condolences to his family and friends that knew him.
