(meteorobs) Kappa Cygnids

Dear Sergei,

You may be right.  Ed Guenther did report his 30 meteors.  I was not
counting meteors that night but I did spot one Kappa Cygnid, rather
bright.  Our time zone (EDT) was different from yours as well.
