Hi:

Ok. have a right angle solder less BNC connector. Now, how do you connect coax to it?

reason - hooking to my antenna for radio meteors...:

I know the center copper piece goes around the screw and is tightened.

NOW:

1) Does the sheath attach to the arm that gets crimped?

2 ) Do you cut the sheath away and just leave the coax and center piece?

Why I ask,... well I'm told IF I leave the sheath when I test the antenna with an Ohm meter I'll not get 0 Ohms.

but looking at Youtube videos, the majority connect the sheath !

Now with out sheath I get 0 Ohms... with sheath I get 1.9 Ohms...

so which way is correct? 1 or 2?
