I observed for three hours before Moonrise 02/03 November at McFarland Park 4 miles NE of Ames, Story Co, Iowa.  There was modest Taurid activity.

Total meteors: eight

03 Nov 2015 0400 - 0500 UT 48 deg F; dew pt 42 deg F; wind SE 3 mph; clear; LM ~5.5; facing East 50 deg; teff 1.0 hr

Total meteors: four

A bit of fog here and there on drive home.

Best Taurid: mag - 4 yellow STA with brief train; ended near Delphinus
Best Sporadic: mag - 4 yellow; entered extreme right of FOV about level of Fomalhaut; going East; ended in SSE about 12 degrees above the horizon; broke into two pieces near the end; seemed fairly slow; did not see beginning.
