Thanks, Paul, I always enjoy your "play-by-play" reports, good science
always in a matter of fact tone, but with just enough descriptive prose to
transport me halfway to Iowa.

Given the *several* nights you again spent tracking the Taurids, I wonder
how you would compare this year's overall show to other years. Thanks.

Subject: (meteorobs) Taurids in Iowa

I went out for four more hours last night (09/10 Nov 09:00 pm - 01:00 am
CST). This is probably my last night for watching the Taurids, as tonight
it will probably rain and after that the next several nights may be very
windy, even if clear, and I don't do cold wind very well. The number of
Taurids by hour: 08; 03; 04; 06. Only one Taurid fireball: mag - 4 NTA.
