The morning of Nov 17 it was overcast and raining.
The morning of Nov 18 3:30 - 5:15 am CST it was 75 - 100 percent overcast
The morning of Nov 19 it finally cleared.

19 Nov 2015 0930 - 1130 UT McFarland Park 4 miles NE of Ames, Iowa

I parked my car headed South in the Conservation Center parking lot at McFarland Park. I set up on the East side close to my car to block as much wind as possible. I did ok when the wind was blowing only 17 or 18 mph; but the frequent strong gusts affected me quite a bit. It was nice having Arcturus, Jupiter and Venus in my FOV for magnitude estimates.

No Leonids brighter than mag 0. A couple nice Taurids (NTA's ?) and a couple nice sporadics. Any NOO's or ORI's would have been counted as sporadics, considering I was facing ENE and bundled against the cold wind - not very conducive to sitting up and turning to try to figure out the possible radiant of a meteor coming from behind/overhead.

Taurids:
1014 UT - 4 yellow; ended 12 degrees above the Northern horizon
1021 UT - 3 white; ended 8 degrees above the NE horizon

Spordics:
0953 UT - 3 orange; thru sickle of LEO and on thru Bowl of Big Dipper
1104 UT - 4 white; fairly fast; came into FOV from West and passed less than a degree South of the fairly bright star at South end of sickle of LEO and ended very close to Jupiter

19 Nov 2015 0930 - 1030 UT 35 deg F; dew pt 21 deg F; wind 18 mph gusting to 26 mph; clear; LM 5.7; facing ENE 50 degrees; teff 1.0 hour
LEO: seven: 0; +1(2); +2; +3(2); +4
NTA: two: - 4; - 3
Sporadics: five: - 3; +1; +2; +3(2)
Total meteors; fourteen

19 Nov 2015 1030 - 1130 UT 34 deg F; dew pt 19 deg F; wind 17 mph gusting to 28 mph; clear; LM 5.6; facing ENE 50 degrees; teff 1.0 hour
LEO: four: 0; +1; +2; +3
Sporadics: three: - 4; +1; +2
Total meteors: seven (maybe feeling effects of cold and wind?)
