Define "radio frequencies". There is good evidence to suggest that some 
meteors produce very low frequency electromagnetic radiation (in the 
audio frequency range). That includes frequencies that are below the 
part of the spectrum typically labeled "radio".

Such emission is only associated (both theoretically and 
observationally) with very large fireballs.
