(meteorobs) Perseids seem active tonight

I did a little informal observing tonight (6 Aug 2015) under some 
seriously light polluted skies, LM barely 4.0, 25 miles south of 
Boston, Massachusetts. No clouds, but hazy.

Began at 00:30 UTC and quit at 00:53. Suffered about 25% obscuration 
by tree canopy.

Saw a total of 4 PER. One mag -3 green, two mag 2, and one unusual 
one which was fuzzy and nebulous rather than the usual point of 
light, magnitude around 0. Did not see any others.

Seems like the Perseids are already heating up.
