(meteorobs) Quadrantids 0600-0800 UT

Hi:


Was out from 0600-0800 UT trying to get a photo... but missed
a nice -4 white with 1/2 sec trail! AGGHHH.

In all my 41 years meteor observing these are the 1st Quadrantids I saw!

0600-0800 total of 7   average mag was -0.14.    none on camera...

now listening but not as I had hoped...a couple nice reflectons
but nothing really great.

ahh well.... i can be happy to have seen 7 of them :)
