Sorry... forgot the messages about 252P/LINEAR unexpected brightness curve.
Here are the messages from Michael Mattiazo and Thomas Lehmman passed on comets-ml mailing list.

"Hi Folks,

I have been closely following the remarkable development of comet 252P
LINEAR.
My observations in ICQ format are below, using 25x100mm and 8x40mm
binoculars.
If this rate continues, it has the potential for naked eye visibility in the
next few days, but moonlight will be a problem.
What surprises me is why this comet went unobserved at its similar close
approach (0.0974 AU) on March 4th, 2000.
I checked the historical SWAN data for this time, with nothing obvious
detectable.
Today - It is easily visible in SWAN comet tracker maps available at:
http://swan.projet.latmos.ipsl.fr/
heading towards bottom of frame.
So something is quite different about this apparition.

"Hi,

the comet continues on a dramatic brightening and increadible coma
size growth. I observed last night again remotely from SSO, Australia
(FSQ 10.6cm, CCD + Green filter, 9x 1min):

March 13.50, m1=5.8, coma dia. 50'

That's another 1.5mag brightening during last 5 days! So I wonder
if the comet might become observable naked eye during next week.
Apologies for reporting my observation on this list but I am getting
excited about this comet ...
Don't miss it!

Clear skies,
Thomas Lehmann"

Objet: (meteorobs) Meteors from close comet approaches in late March?

Hello all. I was just reading an interesting article from EarthSky.org about two faint comets that will be passing fairly close to Earth late this month; Comet 252P/LINEAR 12 on March 21 and Comet P/2016 BA14 (which could be a fragment from 252/P) on March 22.
The article briefly mentioned a slight possibility of meteors from these comets. It says that there could be some on March 20 from the second comet and some around March 28-30 from 252/P. I'm not sure of the accuracy of these dates.
I was curious if anyone on the list knew whereabouts the radiant for these showers would be, should they develop? Thanks in advance!
Paul Z.
