(meteorobs) Huge Fireball Meteor Over Northeast U.S. early this morning

I was at O'Neill High School on Monday night in Highland Falls (Orange  County) holding a star identification party for students and their  families.  Less than four hours later -- long after we all called it a  night -- a stupendously brilliant fireball meteor lit up the skies over  parts of the Northeast U.S. and New England.
