Description:
Small,  nebulosity, no stars resolvable (I ussualy see ~ 4
stars, when there is no Moon). Less than 1° to the west 
of the cluster is a bow of three 6- mag *.

The cluster looks *much* better than M103 that is just 1.5° away. 
What was wrong with Messier when he choose M103 over NGC663?

The moon was 50° away and it was moderately cloudy.
