(IAAC) Apologies - IAAC on new server still "UNDER CONSTRUCTION"

Apologies to all those who have attempted to submit
observing logs to the "IAAC" this week. We are still
working to get the IAAC catalog working properly on
our new host... Please be patient - I hope we'll be
"back in business" by early next week!
