Description:
The most beautiful open cluster in Norhthen hemisphere, very bright, his brightest stars maybe 9th magnitude. It is a full degree wide. In the N part of the cluster I see a chain of beautiful stars, at the ends of this chain there are three bright, yellow red stars, that are brighter that the other ones. Ngc 2158 is also visible as a small, unresolved hazy patch.
