Position: RA 07:26  DEC -24:18
Saw Tr 6 and 7 at the same time. 6 is less defined than 7.  No concentration towards the center. There is a vee shaped formation of slightly brighter stars. I assume that is what Trumpler saw.  I don't think it is really a cluster.
