Description:
In Sagittarius, just N of the supposed position of dwarf galaxy NGC 6822. The
finding was rather difficult since 2 weak stars appear at the presumed position
of this planetary nebula. After checks, NGC 6818 was slightly westward of star
TYC 5736-3-1 (magv = 9,5). The object is very weak and stellar of appearance.
