Description:
A uniform oval halo which is elongated NW-SE.  It gradually brightens to a
bright, diffuse, nearly stellar core.  Visible with direct vision at 77x, it
was best seen at 257x.  The galaxy lies just to the W. of a line of three
11th magnitude field stars which are aligned NW-SE and span ~8'.
