Description:
Very bright with the use of an OIII filter and 342x magnification. I.1297
appears as a bright round disk with a slightly brighter N part. The edge is
sharp. I had seen a darker middle and extremely faint hints of annularity
(observation confirmed by comparison with photographs). Also the south part
appears to be fainter than the north part of the tiny ring. Diameter ~15"
(many different sizes in various sources). No CS seen. Nice but, it needs
higher magnification and very good seeing.
