I recently heard from my friend Joe Rao that all the weather bureaus are
getting away from humans looking over the charts. Its going to be all
computer!  A clear night could mean that there are no clouds below 10,000 ft.
It could be socked in with clouds over that altitude and the computer will
still tell the TV weathermen - Clear!
Ahhhh.... progress. Where will it end.
