micrometeorites (was Re: (meteorobs) Re: June Arietids)
I'm curious, Gary, how you use your microscope for this analysis? Do you look
for compression fracturing in the particles (pretty hard at 20 microns, even
with a professional microscope). If not, what visual clues would you use to
identify the celestial dirt from the terrestrial kind in your samples? Do you
use sample masses vs. volume of material, perhaps, as well? If so, how do you
correlate this with meteoroid particle size? Just a curious question,
