I agree that it sounds like both alt and az COULD be worth noting. I wonder to
what accuracy, though? Noting an 8-vane compass point and +/-10o elevation
wouldn't take much extra effort during minor showers, anyway. But with that
accuracy, even a huge constellation can't increase *az* error too much. Perhaps
noting the constellation where the meteor beings, plus elevation... So would a
notation like "Cyg^30o" be useful? Thoughts from Neil, GWG, George, Bob, IMO?
