(meteorobs) June 17 Observations

-- [ From: Robert Lunsford * EMC.Ver #2.10P ] --

Facing south to catch activity from the Sagittarids and any possible
June Lyrids from overhead. Only 2 SAG and nothing close to resembling a
JLY was seen this morning. Surprised to hear of the Draconid outburst
on the 16th since the display seemed to be waning from what George and
I saw on the 12th. Two possible Draconids were seen tonight. Five
meteors of medium speed were plotted and appeared to come from a
radiant near 287 -22 in Sagittarius. Another interesting note was
simultaneous parallel meteors seen in Capricornus appearing to radiate
from eastern Pegasus or further eastward.
