Gary, The meteors that I'm referring to as xi Draconids had a definite velocity of greater than 50 km/s. You mentioned some in the neighborhood of 30 to 40km/s. These would be too distinguishable for me to confuse and thus too slow. I would rule out any in that velocity range as possibilities. For any radiant that might be potentially related, they would have to have velocities of at least 50 km/s or greater. George Z.
