I'm uncertan as o how "grazers" might affect rates, but
overall, I wouldn't be surprised if rates were pretty simialr,
regardless of the atmospheric expansion. AALthough the volume of the
"detecting surface" might be greater, the meteor flux being detected
should, all other things being equal, remain unchanged....
