(meteorobs) Reminder...tonight is "peak" of July Pegasids
Since we in the Northeast have a chance of clear skies, while the southwest
and southeast look to be clouded out, observations of the July Pegasids
would be appreciated. Be aware though, it will be cold, and the ZHR is very
low...you might only see one an hour so if you're gonna do it, be prepared!
For reference the radiant is located at 340deg (22hr40m) RA, Decl +15
deg.Velocity is very fast...70 kps.
(close to theoritical maximum for a parabolic orbit).
The sky is this very odd color here in NJ...sorta like a deep lake. Blue,
it's called, I think?
