What is Dead Time?....a measure of time after death...naw...but Bob described
it pretty good...So did Mark...My definition is pretty much more like Mark's
however... the time spent not looking at the sky while entering data about a
meteor.  This is different than Breaks and they are recorded
separately...although you aren't looking at the sky during a break either,
but consider dead time moments not looking at the sky while a watch is in
progress.
