REMARKS: Seeing throughout session was medium to medium-good.

The observing session planned was reduced to almost nothing by inter-
mittent cloud cover. The period covered by this report (with Teff=0.5)
will probably not be useable, but is provided anyway for the record.

The "mins in effect" column in the limiting magnitude estimate table
is merely designed as a computational aid for this observer (and as
a later consistency check for users of the form) as to how much time
the given magnitude estimate(s) were in effect. It can be ignored in
analyzing the estimates themselves.
