REMARKS: Seeing throughout session was medium-poor to poor.

Dead time of 45 seconds was deducted per plotted meteor.

Meteor #5 was noted as a possible Tau Herculid (non-IMO shower).

The "mins in effect" column in the limiting magnitude estimate table
is merely designed as a computational aid for this observer (and as
a later consistency check for users of the form) as to how much time
the given magnitude estimate(s) were in effect. It can be ignored in
analyzing the estimates themselves.
