Tom, thanks for the answers as they explained clearly what I was wondering
about. I have a copy of McKinley's book, but unfortunately, did not read all
of Chapters 4 and 8-10 covering the radio technique, so should probably go
back and read it in detail. The technique is probably beyond my current
alocated astronomy budget from the boss of the house, but I have kept up
with your posts here as I find it interesting. I look forward to your future
work...
