For those of you who can get hold of and read the July 28th edition of
the New York Times Magazine, do so.
Title of one article:
The Asteroids Are Coming! The Asteroids Are Coming!
Inside is one very nicely done little map labelled:
Earth's Greatest Hits
It is a serious treatment of the dangers of asteroid impact in the mass
media. This is more public exposure then a dozen Ad Astra articles. The
reporter is Thomas Mallon, and the article centers on Tom Gehrels and
Spacewatch.
