Observed from White River Canyon near Mt. Hood, Oregon, USA
Lat:  45N18'11"     Long: 121W39'17"

Rates, I felt, were pretty strong for the night before maximum.  Sky was 
virtually cloudless with a steady limiting magnitude of 6.5.
