## 0725 ENDED SESSION DUE TO SKUNKS
* - Meteors marked by asterisks have additional data in the Remarks.

VELOCITY SCALE: PLOT ACCURACY:
0 = Stationary 1 = Accurate Plot
1 = Very Slow 2 = Normal Plot

TRAIN: "+" - indicates a wake of less than 0.5 seconds duration.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
REMARKS: Seeing throughout session was medium to medium-poor.
Dead time of 45 seconds was deducted per plotted meteor.
The following (still undeveloped) exposures were taken during this
session on roll GRALE 960909-1, TMAX-400 at ASA 400, with a 50mm
lens at f/1.9. No rotating shutter was used:
Start: 0520 Exposure 4 10 mins Centered: 22:30 +30
Start: 0532 Exposure 5 15 mins Centered: 22:30 +30
Start: 0607 Exposure 6 12 mins Centered: 22:30 +30
Start: 0704 Exposure 7 12 mins Centered: 22:30 +30
All or part of meteors #1, #2, and #3 may have been captured on
exposure GRALE 960909-1 #5.
All or part of meteor #6 may have been captured on exposure
GRALE 960909-1 #6.
All or part of meteor #10 may have been captured on exposure
GRALE 960909-1 #7.
Meteor #2 was noted as possibly from a new radiant in Aries (non-IMO
shower). Speed is acceptable, but path "match" needs more analysis.
Meteor #4 was noted as possibly from a new radiant near the border
between Aries and Triangulum (non-IMO shower). Speed is acceptable,
but any path "match" will have to await cross-observer analysis.
Meteor #5 travelled some 20o in just under 3 secs.
Meteor #11 was noted as possibly from a new radiant in Aries (non-IMO
shower). Speed is acceptable, but path "match" needs more analysis.
Meteor #12 was noted as possibly from a new radiant in Aries (non-IMO
shower). Speed is acceptable, but path "match" needs more analysis.
Once again, session was cut short due to irate skunk intrusion (ISI).
Plotting charts and photo prints will each be sent (separately) via
postal mail to Mark Davis of NAMN.
