(meteorobs) Oct. 9 Observations

I counted 55 meteors during a 4 hour session this morning. This is
slightly more active than the previous morning. The Orionids were the
only shower that kept pace with yesterdays activity. All other showers
had reduced rates. The sporadic count was up considerably. The sky
brightness was comparable to yesterday. Comet Tabur looked slightly
diminished compared to yesterday's view.

09:30-10:30 UT   0.92   6.62   2 NTA   1 ORI   1 (SOR)   1 STA   7 SPO

10:30-11:30 UT   0.93   6.42   1 ORI   1 STA   10 SPO

11:30-12:30 UT   0.86   6.45   2 ORI   18 SPO

F was 1.00 all 4 hours. TeFF was reduced due to plotting. I was facing
due south at an altitude of 70 degrees the entire night.

Ending Temperature/Relative Humidity:   51 F (11 C)   51%
