Oh, and for those who don't recall, I'm building a device that will mount 
on your shaft, ON THE FAN/rotating shutter assembly, to directly measure 
the rotation rate, instead of having to use a strobe light.
I wasn't real pleased with the accuracy specs on the strobe lights I've 
seen, so, being a nit-picker I'm creating a more accurate direct 
measurement method. One key is maintaining accuracy throughout observing 
temperature ranges. 
	Hang on- it's coming!
