Staying inside next to a heater....or if observing....get in a sleeping bag
lined with an electric blanket would be very helpful if able...also wear a
hood that covers most of your face and head. Dress warmly.  There are also
observing coffins that are essentially wooden boxes that has mattress,
sleeping bags etc inside . The box keeps the direct cold air and wind contact
off of you. 

I also noted on another message of yours that you have an LM of +4...If it's
safe etc. try looking for a darker location.  An LM of +5.0 is needed to have
useful data for IMO.
